Returns Policy
Return and Refund
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we can process this for you within our returns period of 14 days from date of order receipt. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method within these terms:
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned nor exchanged.
- Items for return must be new, unused, unwashed; and with all tags (hangtags, neck label, wash label) and garment accessories attached and intact.
- Items for return must include their original packaging.
- Items for return must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in resalable condition.
International Returns
Returns outside the Philippines are at the expense of the customer. Similarly, if the item/s did not pass our garment check for returns, these will be returned to you at your cost.
- To start a return, you can contact us at connect@pompandvarden.com.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Once we receive the item for return/exchange, our team will check the item to make sure the above terms for returns are met. This step takes 3 business days.
- As soon as the return is accepted, we will either ship the new preferred item at your cost, or issue a refund. Please allow 10-15 business days for the amount to reflect back on your account. Kindly note that it can also take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- You will be notified via email regarding the status of your returns.
