DISCIPLINE OF GREATNESS

Two-time Southeast Asian Games gold medalist and professional taekwondo athlete Pauline Lopez competes with purpose at the highest level of the sport. Shaped by years of international competition, her presence is defined by control, composure, and an unyielding pursuit of mastery. Beyond competition, she passes on her discipline and experience at her own studio, SHERO (she•hero), inspiring a new generation of athletes to pursue excellence both in sport and in life.

"Sport gave me the discipline, but it also gave me an identity, confidence, a voice."

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT?

"I think in the taekwondo world, yes, I've had my fair share of medals, wins, and titles, but honestly I think my biggest achievement was learning how to fight for myself not just on competition, but in life."

ā€œYour purpose doesn't have to be loud - you just have to keep showing up and doing the work even when no one's watching and I think especially on those days."
